- Car Upgrade: Upgrading from a standard car to an executive car will incur an additional fee.
- Mini Bus or Executive Car Requests: For mini bus (capacity more than 10 people) and executive car request, please inform us at least 3 days before your departure date to ensure availability.

- Pay later: This payment can be made before departure to our driver who will pick you up later.
- Payment Transfer: This payment can be made by transfer via the payment link (paypal and wise), at least 3 days before the departure schedule.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made at least one day (24 hours) before scheduled departure.
- Cancellations made less than one day (24 hours) before scheduled departure will incur a 20% fee from the total transaction.
