• Weather: Operates in light rain; heavy weather may cause rescheduling.
• Advance Booking: Highly recommended, especially during holidays and weekends.
• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.
• Pickup areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua (others on request, may include surcharge).

Please arrive at the pickup point or stable 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened ride time or missed tour.
