• Game Duration: 1–2 hours depending on group size.
• Operating Hours: Usually 9.00 – 17.00 daily.
• Professional Guides: Safety briefing and orientation are provided before play.
• Group Size: Minimum 6 players recommended for best experience.
• Not suitable for: Children under 10 years, Pregnant women and People with serious health conditions (e.g., heart problems).
• Extra paintballs: Additional paintballs can be purchased on-site.
• Weather: Operates in light rain; heavy weather may cause rescheduling.
• Advance Booking: Highly recommended, especially during holidays and weekends.
• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.
• Pickup areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Sanur, Ubud (others on request, may include surcharge).

Please arrive at the pickup point or stable 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened ride time or missed tour.
